Wall Street turned thumbs down to a good earnings report from Apple on Monday. Sales of Macintosh computers and iPod music players boosted Apple's profits by almost a third from last year. But still, Apple stock fell by more than $16 a share, just shy of ten percent, in afterhours trading.
Apple likes to say it's built on three key products -- the iPod, the iPhone, and the iMac. Apple has a fourth asset in CEP Steve Jobs. He's Apple's big promoter. He engineered Apple's comeback when it was floundering.
Jobs beat pancreatic cancer four years ago, but now, he's being dogged by concerns about his health.
